La primera (en el mundo inteligible, la razn determina la voluntad libre y, a su vez, el libre arbitrio; segn ello, la tica del deber es la forma de legislacin de la accin libre, ejecutable en el mundo sensible; dicha legislacin es asumible por la voluntad bajo la ley moral, con el fin de restringir los actos inmorales y encaminar hacia el progreso moral de la humanidad) se demuestra con la relacin de los siguientes conceptos: razn?voluntad?acciones, voluntad?conciencia moral?libre arbitrio y deber? virtud?fin; la segunda (la doctrina tica kantiana permite comprender los problemas de corrupcin y su posible superacin mediante el ejercicio de los deberes de virtud, deberes jurdicos y el juicio jurdicomoral, mucho ms si se forja la formacin del carcter inteligible y el carcter emprico del ser humano) se sostiene como probable, dependiendo de la puesta en prctica de la tica del deber en la realidad social actual.
