Product DescriptionDie Planungsregion 18 "Sdostoberbayern" besteht aus fnf Landkreisen, Alttting, Berchtesgadener Land, Mhldorf a. Inn, Rosenheim und Traunstein in denen unterschiedliche Organisationsformen fr die Landschaftspflege bestehen. Whrend in den Landkreisen Alttting und Traunstein Landschaftspflegeverbnde zustndig fr die Landschaftspflege sind, bernehmen im Landkreis Rosenheim die rtlichen Maschinenringe diese Aufgabe. Lediglich in den Landkreisen Berchtesgadener Land und Mhldorf bestehen keine festen Strukturen zur Organisation der Aufgaben der Landschaftspflege. Gerade in dieser Region ist die Landschaftspflege ein wichtiges Thema, da es sich um eine der Regionen mit den wertvollsten Naturbestnden Bayerns handelt und die Landschaft hier einer langen Tradition von Landnutzung und der daraus resultierenden Vernderung der Naturrume unterliegt. Viele Biotoptypen konnten nur durch genau diese buerliche Nutzung entstehen und sind jetzt durch die Vernderungen in der Landwirtschaft akut bedroht. Dies ist der Punkt an dem Manahmen der Landschaftspflege einsetzten mssen, um die Biodiversitt der Region zu erhalten. Aus diesem Zweck wird die strategische Organisation der Landschaftspflege in der Region 18 einer genauen Analyse unterworfen, um Strken und Schwchen der verschiedenen Mglichkeiten der Organisation aufzuzeigen. Daraus resultierend soll eine Strategie entworfen werden, welche zur Optimierung der Organisationsstrukturen und damit der Qualitt und Handlungsfhigkeit der Landschaftspflege dienen soll. Fr die verschiedenen Organisationsmodelle, nmlich Organisation durch einen Landschaftspflegeverband, Organisation durch die Untere Naturschutzbehrde (UNB) sowie Organisation durch den Maschinenring wurden verschiedene Fragebgen entwickelt. Anhand dieser Fragebgen, wurden mit den jeweiligen Hauptverantwortlichen der Landkreise intensive Gesprche gefhrt. Die Ergebnisse dieser Gesprche dienen als Grundlage fr die Analyse der einzelnen Landkreise. AuAbout the AuthorBernhard Hohmann, Dipl.Ing.
