The method of language teaching that has been practicing for long time is not appropriate and theoretically it is limited within books. A number of workshops, seminars and training have been arranged in different time, but these theoretical sides, actually, bring no result. Language teachers blame society, infrastructure and learning system taken by government, beside it, they blame the lack of interest of the students.
