En nuestra Escuela de Ftbol se da prioridad a la funcin social del deporte en relacin con los aspectos tcnicos. No obstante, se proyecta un trabajo planificado y de calidad, aplicando tcnicos adecuados y los medios necesarios para proporcionar a los nios un aprendizaje que permita orientarlos a continuar sus etapas siguientes en los niveles futbolsticos que mejor vayan a su proceso formativo. Hay que hacer compatibles estos principios que buscan el respeto a la salud psicofsica del nio, con un posterior proceso, en las etapas siguientes, en las que si podran participar en colectivos selectos, y que tengan como referencia el ftbol de alto rendimiento, pero siempre bajo el respeto a su formacin integral y a su salud. Bajo estos criterios estaremos ayudando a la formacin como hombres, pero estaremos en la mejor posicin para ayudarles a conseguir sus objetivos en el ftbol, tanto sean de carcter educativo/recreativo o de carcter educativo/competitivo, es decir, para el alto rendimiento. La Escuela de Ftbol, nace con el objetivo de ser el primer peldao formativo del ftbol base, anteponiendo el concepto formacin sobre cualquier aspecto resultadista. Se cumplir la funcin social propia de una Escuela de Ftbol, colaborando en la formacin integral de los jvenes, al mismo tiempo que se les facilita una actividad deportiva bien organizada, que los inicia en el aprendizaje del ftbol y sin condicionante alguno para participar. En el trabajo de la Escuela, se subordina todo el proceso a la formacin y se aplica el principio de competir para formar, no formar para competir. Una Escuela de Ftbol es una especial organizacin de la participacin de los jvenes futbolistas, que trata con progresin metodolgica, el logro de los objetivos psicotcnicos y de las restantes reas forma8vas, pero respetando y favoreciendo el natural proceso evolutivo de esos jvenes.
