I enjoyed the insights in this book, but I felt it dragged on in some parts. The power of emotional intelligence is huge, and while the author makes great points, some sections could've been shorter. Still worth a read if you're serious about improving your leadership skills.

'The Power of Emotional Intelligence' has some solid information, but I found certain ideas were repeated more often than necessary. I did take away valuable lessons for my management approach, though. Just wish it had been a bit more concise!
