The course is good, but I found myself wanting more practical examples to practice with. It covers the basics of video communication well, but I wish there was more depth in certain areas. Still, it helped me prepare for the ACA exam.

I was a bit disappointed with this course. It felt rushed, and some sections on video communication seemed lacking. I struggled with some of the concepts and didn't feel fully prepared for the associate exam. It could use some improvements.
