Dabei wird zu untersuchen sein, ob und wie der Lebenslauf zu ordnen ist. Bereits in der Antike entwickelte man ein Phasen oder Stufenmodell des menschlichen Lebens, dem zustzlich die Funktion von normativen Vorgaben, von sozialen Orientierungen oder moralischen Verpflichtungen" (Faltermaier 1992, S. 35) zukam. Innerhalb der Grobgliederung in Kindheit, Jugend, Erwachsenenalter und Alter soll das Erwachsenenalter mit seinen internen bergangsphasen und Krisen fokussiert werden, d.h. die Zeit zwischen 20 und 65 Jahren, zwischen Jugend und Alter steht im Mittelpunkt. Die Arbeit beginnt mit einem Kapitel zu Kontinuitt und Diskontinuitt als zwei Grundkonzepten des Lebenslaufs (1. Kapitel). Das zweite Kapitel befat sich mit den bergangsphasen (2.), ihren Auslsern (2.1.) und der mglichen Entwicklung (2.2.). Im dritten Kapitel sollen einige empirische Befunde zum Erleben des Lebenslaufs genannt werden. Das vierte Kapitel schlielich rckt das Erwachsenenleben ins Zentrum (4.). Es wird um die Epochen im Erwachsenenalter gehen (4.1.) und um die Aufgaben und Mglichkeiten dieser Zeit (4.2.). Unter 4.3. werden Krisen der Lebensmitte thematisiert. Die Schlubetrachtung rundet das gesamte Thema durch meine eigene Meinung und einen Ausblick ab.
