Angesichts der mangelnden Effektivitt staatlicher Legislativ und Exekutivmglichkeiten schlieen sich zunehmend Akteure aus den unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen zusammen und verhandeln Normen und Implementationsmanahmen. Als Fallstudie wird das ISO 26000Verfahren zur Standardisierung von Corporate (Social) Responsibility analysiert.
