Ce travail sinscrit dans le cadre de lenseignement/apprentissage du franais en Algrie. Notre objectif tait dexaminer les difficults relatives lemploi des temps verbaux chez des apprenants algriens de premire anne secondaire. En effet, lemploi de cette catgorie grammaticale constitue souvent, pour la plupart dentre eux, lun des points dachoppement quand ils abordent lcrit. Tout au long de cette recherche, nous avons tent de mettre en vidence limportance de la prise en considration de la perspective textuelle dans lanalyse de certains faits linguistiques insuffisamment traits dans le cadre de la phrase. Ainsi, lanalyse dun corpus derreurs, constitu de contes crits,nous a permis de rendre compte de certaines difficults lies lemploi des temps narratifs. Poursuivant par la recherche de lorigine des erreurs, nous nous sommes rendu compte que ces dernires pouvaient s'expliquer notamment par la complexit de la langue cible (le franais), linterfrence des langues acquises et/ou apprises sur le franais, ainsi que la mthodologie adopte pour lenseignement de lcrit. Partant de l, nous avons tent de proposer quelques activits de remdiation.
