Denis Huerre, O.S.B. was a Benedictine Abbot in St. Leger Vauban, France, from 1952 to 1978. Published here are his letters from 1980 to 1988 written to that congregation. Written in a kindly pastoral style, they discuss what it means to be both a Christian and a monk.
