Product Description Lifelines is a twolevel English course at preintermediate and intermediate level aimed at adults and young adults. It has been developed in response to the demand for a manageable, easytouse coursebook with a strong syllabus and some flexibility, which classes can finish. It offers an alternative to Heaway by a very popular author. (An elementary level is also planned.) About the Author Tom Hutchinson has taught English in the UK, Germany, and Croatia, and he has given teacher training courses in many other countries around the world. For a number of years he lectured at the Institute for English Language Education at Lancaster University, UK.
