Deep insights into Reiki practice
This handbook is a treasure trove for anyone interested in the original teachings of Usui and Hayashi. I found the explanations clear and easy to follow, which made practicing Reiki so much more fulfilling. Definitely a worthwhile addition to my spiritual library!

Not what I expected
I was hoping for something more practical and hands-on. This book dives deep into history, but I wanted more guidance on techniques. Also, it took a while to arrive, which was frustrating. Probably better suited for those really into the philosophy of Reiki.
