The book explores the anatomy and physiology of the limbic brain and Its central role in maintaining homeostatic norms. We explore the neurobiology underpinning learning and memory, mood, anxiety and fear, pain and chronic pain. Finally, we look at the limbic influence in some common conditions and problems that we encounter in our work.The text serves as the course Textbook for both the inperson and online Limbic Reflexology Courses. This revised edition includes those Reflex Areas that have emerged since 2016 and I have also taken the opportunity of correcting or clarifying some material.
