En 2006, Favio Chavez, assistant social et guitariste, vient y monter un projet autour du recyclage. Il a alors une ide originale : le changement par la musique, pour redonner le sens de la beaut ceux qui vivent au milieu des dchets. Les enfants apprennent fabriquer des guitares avec des boites de conserves, un saxo avec une gouttire et des pices de monnaie, des contrebasses avec des morceaux de bois et de bidons d'huile... Les parents retrouvent leur dignit, et les enfants musiciens, grce l'Orchestre de Cateura qui sillone le monde, rvent de demain...L'album raconte trs potiquement et simplement cette histoire vraie tonnante. partir de 5/7 ans
