As a law student, this book has everything you need for corporate taxation. The 5th edition updates are very useful, especially with recent tax law changes. It’s a bit pricey, but worth every penny for serious students.

Helpful but a bit dense
The Fundamentals of Corporate Taxation is a solid book, but it's pretty dense in parts. Some chapters took me a while to digest, especially the ones involving complex tax structures. Still, it's a good reference for any law student.
