Daraus resultiert die Annahme, es gbe bei der Aneignung von Bewegungsfertigkeiten eine optimale Reihung der Krperseiten. Mit Hilfe eines Experiments soll dieser Aspekt untersucht und eine optimale anfngliche Trainingsseite bei Aufgaben mit Anforderungen an die Przision, Orientierung und Koordination ermittelt werden. Es wird ein vollstndig gekreuztes Transferdesign verwendet. Zwei Untersuchungsgruppen lernen den Kernschlag aus dem Faustball jeweils mit beiden Krperseiten in unterschiedlicher Reihung. Die Gruppe, die anfangs mit dem linken Arm bte, profitierte insgesamt mehr von den Interventionsphasen als die Gruppe, welche die Intervention zuerst mit der rechten Krperseite absolvierte. Die Befunde der vorliegenden Arbeit geben somit weiteren Aufschluss ber Reihenfolge und Transfereffekte bei Przisions, Orientierungs und Koordinationsanforderungen und dienen der Optimierung des Fertigkeitserwerbstrainings.
