Connexion sans doute essentielle, autrement observable dans la bouleversante "Circonfession" de Jacques Derrida o la tentative autobiographique conduite au bas des pages, qu'un autre crit sur son oeuvre, tient lieu de commentaires. C'est partir de ces deux expriences singulires, symtriques, sans commune mesure apparente et pourtant insparables que le prsent travail cherche dfinir la place et la fonction du texte "secondaire". Car chacun des deux textes pose sa faon le problme de la vrit du commentaire, prouve vite l'impossibilit de la fidlit au texte lu, se rsout au gauchissement, court dcidment la chance de l'allgorie. En aucun lieu de l'un ni de l'autre o se mlent confusment rcit et commentaire, o s'embrassent et s'excluent sens littral et sens figur, o se brouillent les figures de l'auteur et de son lecteur, l'identit ne se distingue simplement de l'altrit."Texte de couverture
