I bought this handbook before my move to France and it's been super helpful! The tips on adjusting to the culture and navigating the bureaucracy are spot on. Each section is easy to read and packed with useful advice. Definitely helped ease my transition!

Useful but Lacking in Some Areas
This survival handbook covers a lot of ground, which is great, but I found some sections a bit vague. For example, the advice on finding housing could be more detailed. Still, it’s a decent starting point for anyone planning to live in France.

Not What I Expected
I was hoping for more practical examples in this book, but it felt too general. Some sections seemed outdated, especially the info on local services. I wouldn’t say it was a waste, but I expected more specifics for everyday living in France.
