The Lonely Planet Central America guide has great info, but I noticed some of the restaurant listings were outdated. Still, it gave me a solid overview of the countries and I found the travel tips useful. Just wish it had more current recommendations!

Disappointing for My Needs
I wanted to love the Lonely Planet Central America guide, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. Some sections were sparse, and I found it hard to navigate in a pinch. I might try another brand next time.
