The guide is decent but felt a bit outdated in some sections. Certain restaurant recommendations were closed, and a few attractions have changed their hours. Still, it gave me a solid framework for planning my trip.

Essential for Any First-Time Visitor
As a first-time visitor to the Middle East, this guide was a lifesaver. The suggested itineraries helped me make the most of my time, and I felt much more confident exploring places I'd never been before.

A Bit Heavy for Backpacking
While the Lonely Planet Middle East guide is packed with useful info, it's pretty heavy. I wish it were a bit more compact for backpacking. I ended up using a few sections and leaving the rest behind.

Detailed and Informative
I loved this travel guide! It had so many details about local culture and history that made my trip richer. The recommendations were not just tourist traps, which I really appreciated.

Good Content but Poor Binding
The information in the Lonely Planet Middle East guide is great, but the binding fell apart after only a week of use. I expected better quality for a travel book. Too bad because the content is really helpful.
