I just got back from a trip to Munich and this Lonely Planet guide was a lifesaver! The tips on local eateries and must-see spots in the Black Forest were spot on. I loved how detailed the maps were, making it easy to navigate the city and surroundings.

Missing Some Info I Expected
I recently bought this guide for my Bavaria trip, but I found it lacking in some areas. While it has excellent sections on Munich, the Black Forest descriptions felt a bit thin. Still useful, just not as comprehensive as I hoped.

Disappointing Content Quality
I was really looking forward to using this travel guide, but the pages were a bit flimsy and it arrived with a dented cover. The content didn’t feel up-to-date either. I expected better from Lonely Planet, honestly.
