En effet, le nombre flagrant des victimes civiles caus dans le cadre de celleci, permet de mettre en question le respect de plusieurs principes fondamentaux du droit applicable. Par consquent, ceci permettra de dterminer une qualification juridique auxviolations commises, et donc la mise en uvre dela responsabilit des auteurs et lincrimination de leurs actes. Cette tude est ddie ceux qui luttent pour la mise en uvre du droit partout et en tout temps.
