I liked a lot of the ideas presented, but some parts felt a bit repetitive. The mindfulness practices are interesting, but I wish there were more actionable steps. Still, it’s worth a read if you’re into emotional intelligence.

Didn’t Meet My Expectations
I really wanted to like this book, but I felt it was too vague at times. Some exercises were helpful, but I was looking for more specific guidance. It’s not bad, just not what I hoped for.

Thought-Provoking but Lengthy
I enjoyed the insights provided, but it felt a bit long-winded in some chapters. If you can stick with it, there’s a lot of good stuff to take away for your relationships.
