The book starts with a general discussion about the need of Low power VLSI and techniques to achieve that. It concludes with a performance comparison of Conventional CMOS, MTCMOS & CRMTCMOS and then presents a way to optimize the Power saving and Wakeup delay in CRMTCMOS.
