From the Back Cover Lucy and Lilo start their day with a trip to the beach. While swimming, sniffing and exploring the beach, they discover a pile of eggs in the sand. Soon the eggs hatch, and Lucy and Lilo find themselves surrounded by baby honu. The dogs quickly learn that the small honu have no time to playthey must reach the ocean. One small honu gets left behind, and it's up to Lucy and Lilo to help her begin her journey.
