Die Aussagen Wittgensteins bilden dabei den Mittelpunkt. Im ersten Hauptteil wird die These zu Grunde gelegt, es gibt keinen Bruch zwischen dem frhen und dem spten Wittgenstein in Bezug auf die Frage, ob und wie man die Strukturen der Welt erkennen kann. Dafr werden die Werke Wittgensteins in chronologischer Reihenfolge analysiert. Die jeweiligen Ergebnisse sollen am Beispiel der Zeit verdeutlicht werden. Der zweite Hauptteil befasst sich mit der Frage, ob man bei Wittgenstein Anstze pragmatischer Theorien finden kann. Um das zu tun, muss davon ausgegangen werden, dass die in den frhen Werken aufgestellten Thesen aufgegeben werden. Hier werden ausschlielich die Schriften der mittleren und spten Schaffensperiode herangezogen, um daran zu zeigen, dass es keine Mysterien gibt, ber die man nicht reden kann. Als Weiterfhrung der wittgenstein'schen Sptphilosophie wird die Theorie Janichs angefhrt, der die Zeit als menschliche Erfindung zur gegenseitigen Handlungskoordination betrachtet und damit eindeutig zur Schule des Pragmatismus gehrt. Im Anschluss an jeden Hauptteil werden die gngigen Kritiken erwhnt. Den Abschluss bildet ein Fazit, in dem noch einmal ganz kurz die verschiedenen Positionen gegenber gestellt werden.
