Not what I expected
This transcription software is decent but has some quirks. It struggles with certain accents which can be frustrating. It does work well for clear speech, but I had hoped for more versatility. Just okay for me.

Pretty useful but tricky to set up
I bought this for my dad who needed help with his dictations. The installation took longer than I expected, and the manual wasn’t very clear. Once it was up and running, it did a good job, but I was a bit annoyed at first.
