I ordered The Free Council book, but it arrived with a bent cover and some pages were creased. The content seems interesting, but I was really disappointed with the condition I received it in. Will consider returning it if I can't get a replacement.

Informative but not a must-have
I enjoyed reading through The Free Council, but I feel it’s more for hardcore fans. It has interesting details, yet a lot of it felt repetitive compared to previous books. If you’re into deep lore, it’s worth it, but casual players might skip it.

As a long-time fan of Mage: The Awakening, I found The Free Council supplement to be really insightful. The lore expands on the council's role in the game, and the art is stunning. I love how it enhances the storytelling aspect for my group!
