Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan, Popularly Known As Jp, Was Born On October 11, 1902, In Sitabdiara Village In Ballia District. He Was Raised With Great Love And Affection. Jayaprakash Was A Brilliant Student. He Was Admitted To Patna Collegiate College. The Freedom Movement Was In Full Swing At The Age Of 18. At The Age Of 18, He Married 14-Year-Old Prabhavati. Jayaprakash Went To America For Higher Education, And Prabhavati Lived In The Sabarmati Ashram. While In America, He Studied At Five Universities. During His Studies, Jp Was Influenced By Socialist Ideology. Upon Returning To His Homeland, He Plunged Into The Freedom Struggle. After Independence, He Accomplished Many Significant Feats. In 1972, He Forced The Surrender Of Dreaded Bandits. On June 5, 1974, Jp Launched The Slogan Of Total Revolution Against Indira GandhiS Dictatorship. He Was Severely Tortured In Prison During The Emergency. Jp Expressed His Views On Almost Every Subject On Various Occasions.
