Okay, but a Few Missing Flavors
I find the recipes decent, but some of them are lacking depth in flavor. I had to add extra spices to make them pop. It’s a good start for plant-based cooking, but I wish there were more tips on flavor balancing. Not bad overall!

I was excited about this book, but a couple of recipes didn't turn out as I hoped. One of the curries was too bland, and I had to throw in a lot more seasoning than suggested. The photos are nice, but I expected better results.
