The drills are solid and effective, but I found the layout a bit confusing at times. I lost track of what I was supposed to do after the first few exercises. Still, I like the variety offered, and it’s been a good resource for my training sessions.

Not what I expected
I was a bit disappointed with this. The drills are okay, but some instructions were really vague, and my daughter struggled to follow them. It's decent for practice, but I think we need something a bit more detailed for better results.
