The Maui Tacos Franchise Was Named One Of The Top Fifty Restaurant Franchises In The United States For 1999 By Nation S Restaurant News ( The Nrn Fifty: The New Taste Makers ). There Are Many Maui Tacos Restaurants In Hawaii And The Mainland Including California, Minnesota, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Utah And Idaho. Mark Is A Frequent Guest Chef On National (And International) Television Shows Including Emeril Live And The Today Show. Mark And Judy Live (In That Lovely House On The Beach) In Lahaina, Maui.
