I found this book interesting but felt it skimmed over some details I was hoping for. The sections about making syrup were great, but I wanted more stories from producers. Still, it’s a nice coffee table book to spark conversations about Canadian culture.

Sweet Read for Maple Lovers
I picked up this book for my husband, who's obsessed with all things maple. It's a delightful read that dives deep into Canada’s rich history with syrup. The illustrations are beautiful too—really enhances the experience. Definitely a great gift for foodies or history buffs!

Disappointed with Quality
I was really excited to read this but it arrived with a damaged cover, which dampened my enthusiasm right away. The content seems fine, but I expected better packaging. Would have been nice if it had come in better shape.
