Auf dieser Basis whlt er den IntegrativProzessualen Marketingansatz als geeignete Basiskonzeption einer marktorientierten Unternehmensfhrung und das organisationale Lernen als geeignete Vernderungskonzeption eines marktorientierten Unternehmenswandels aus. Die Entwicklung eines Phasenmodells marktorientiertorganisationalen Lernens ermglicht anschlieend die Ableitung eines Instrumentariums, mit dem die Unternehmensfhrung die marktorientierte Lern und Vernderungsfhigkeit eines Unternehmens sicherstellen kann.
