I ordered the Massachusetts General Hospital Manual of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and it arrived with some pages damaged and the cover slightly bent. The content seems fine, but the condition it came in was unacceptable—not what I expected for a book of this importance. I won’t be buying from here again.
