Great Intro to Cheesemaking!
I picked up 'Mastering Basic Cheesemaking' to try my hand at homemade cheese and it did not disappoint. The instructions are clear, and the fun tips throughout kept me engaged. I've already made ricotta and mozzarella, and they turned out amazing!
