About the Author Der Autor: Leon Ross wurde 1968 in Kln geboren. Er studierte Jura in Freiburg, Hamburg und Bonn. Das Assessorexamen legte er im Sommer 1996 in Kln ab und ist seitdem im Schsischen Staatsministerium der Justiz in Dresden ttig.
