The ninth edition of Mathematics for Elementary Teachers: A Conceptual Approach continues the innovative timetested approach of the previous editions: an emphasis on learning via specific, realistic examples and the extensive use of visual aids, handson activities, problemsolving strategies and active classroom participation.
