About the Author Prof. Dr. Dominic Busch ist Professor fr interkulturelle Kommunikation und Konfliktforschung an der Universitt der Bundeswehr Mnchen. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen interkultureller Mediation, interkultureller Konfliktforschung sowie diskursiven Konstruktionen von Kulturverstndnissen in Gesellschaften. Prof. Dr. Dr. ClaudeHlne Mayer ist Professorin fr Intercultural Business Communication an der Hochschule fr Angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW) Hamburg. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen interkultureller Mediation, interkultureller Konfliktbearbeitung in Wirtschaftsorganisationen, sowie dem Gesundheitsmanagement in Organisationen.
