About the Author Dr. Nicola Neuvians studierte Rechtswissenschaften und promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Arist von Schlippe, Lehrstuhl fr Fhrung und Dynamik, Universitt Witten/Herdecke. Als Rechtsanwltin und Mediatorin (Harvard) bert, erforscht und trainiert sie Familienunternehmen und Unternehmensfamilien.
