Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Deutsch Pdagogik, Didaktik, Sprachwissenschaft, Note: gut, Pdagogische Hochschule Ludwigsburg (Institut fr Sprachen), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Kinder sehen zu viel Fern, sitzen den ganzen Tag vor dem PC, sind deshalb unkonzentriert und sogar aggressiv! Diese Aussage ist zur Zeit berall zu hren und zu lesen. Nun soll pltzlich auch die Schule den Computerkonsum untersttzen und mit sogenannten neuen Medien im Unterricht arbeiten? Moderne Studien zeigen, dass die Problematik nicht im Medium selbst, sondern beim Umgang damit zu finden ist. Nach den neuen Bildungsplnen steht die Schule besonders hinsichtlich des Faches Deutsch in der Pflicht, Kinder schon im Grundschulalter dabei zu untersttzen, neue Medien so auch Computer und Internet als mndige, selbstbewusste und reflektierte Nutzer einzusetzen. Dadurch soll auch verhindert werden, dass Kinder in die ausschlielich passive Rolle des naiven Konsumenten gedrngt werden. Das Schlagwort hierfr ist "Medienerziehung". Doch wie ist es um die Voraussetzungen fr eine sinnvolle Medienerziehung bestellt? Sind die Schulen hierfr ausgerstet? Wie sieht es mit Einstellung und Kompetenz der Lehrer aus? In mehreren Schulen BadenWrttembergs fand hierzu und zu anderen Schlsselfragen eine Befragung statt, welche die Forderungen der Forschung, das vorhandene didaktische Angebot und den wirklichen Schulalltag gegenberstellt.
