Doch kann jedes System ohne das andere berhaupt nicht funktionieren. Diese beiden Bereiche sind voneinander abhngig, denn das Recht wird ber eine sprachliche, mndliche oder schriftliche Form vermittelt. Verfahren wie der Rechtsstreit oder die Rechtsfindung orientieren sich zum Beispiel an Texten und die Sprache dieser Texte ist entscheidend: Sprache gestaltet ob der Embryo werdendes Leben oder menschliches Leben ist, hat Konsequenzen fr seinen Rechtsschutz." In diesem Zusammenhang spricht man von der forensischen Linguistik einer spezifischen Form angewandter Linguistik und forensischer Wissenschaft. Diese Disziplin hat sich in den USA und einigen anderen Lndern als sehr erfolgreiche Hilfswissenschaft insbesondere in der Kriminalistik erwiesen. Jedoch "fristet sie noch immer ein bescheidenes Dasein" in den deutschsprachigen Lndern. Mithilfe der forensischen Linguistik ist es mglich anhand der geschriebenen und der gesprochenen Sprache zahlreiche Straftter zu identifizieren. Neben Autoren und Sprechererkennung wurden im Seminar "Sprache des Rechts" unter der Leitung des Professors Doktors Gnther Grewendorf auch viele andere spannende Themen wie bersetzen und Dolmetschen bei Gericht sowie die Rechtsinformatik beleuchtet. Das Hauptseminar wurde im Sommersemester 2009 an der Johann Wolfgang GoetheUniversitt in Frankfurt am Main angeboten. Leider wurde in diesem Seminar den Medien keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Diese Tatsache hat mich zu dem Entschluss gefhrt, eine Hausarbeit bezglich der linguistischen Probleme des Medienrechts zu schreiben. Die vorliegende Arbeit besteht aus zwei Teilen.
