The meditation techniques are decent, but I felt like some parts were a bit repetitive. It does help with mindfulness, but I expected a bit more variety in the exercises. Overall, it's okay, just not what I hoped for.

Great starter guide for meditation
I picked this up to help me get into meditation. The techniques are super straightforward and really focus on awareness and relaxation. It's helped me calm my mind at the end of the day. Definitely a good choice for beginners!
