Deshalb ist fachund abteilungsObergreifende Kooperation gefragt: Teamfhigkeit und Integration von verschiedenem Fachwissen vom Konstrukteur Ober den Organisator bis hin zum Personalfachmann. Der Mensch als Systembestandteil computerintegrierter Arbeitssysteme bedeutet: Arbeit in vernetzten InformationsflOssen, Arbeit mit pregrammierbaren Betriebsmitteln, Arbeit in vernderter Arbeitsorganisation. Die Qualitt der Arbeitsleistung in solch komplexen Systemen hngt ab von der Qualifikation und der Akzeptanz des Systems durch den arbei tenden Menschen. Deshalb behandeln die folgenden Beitrge der Tagung 'Human Factors in Manufacturing'j 4. IAOArbeitstagung folgende Schwerpunkte: Technikeinsatz und Arbeitsorganisation in BOre und Preduktion Wie wird der Technikeinsatz und die Arbeitsorganisation so gestaltet, daB Wirtschaftlich keit und menschengerechte Arbeitsgestaltung erreicht werden? Wie wurde geplant? Wie hat sich die Planung bewhrt? Qualifikation, Gesundheit, Akzeptanz Welche Qualifikationsanforderungen treten auf? Wie wird ausgebildet? Welche gesund heitlichen Auswirkungen hat die Arbeit mit neuen Technologien? Wie steht es mit der Akzeptanz? Auf all diese Fragen versuchen Fachleute aus Politik, Industrie und Forschung eine Antwort zu geben.
