Wesentliche EinfluBgr6Ben sind dabei: die ProzeBdynamik, die Enge der Kopplung des Benutzers an den ProzeB und die vom ProzeB ereignisgesteuerte unregelmaBige Belastung des Benutzers, mit ihren Anforderungen an die Reaktionszeit im Gegensatz zur mehr durchsatzorientierten Belastung, z. B. bei der Datenerfassung. Weitere Schwerpunkte des Buches sind die Darstellung der gera temaBigen Realisierung, sowie die der sich daraus ergebenden Kon sequenzen fiir die Software. Dabei solI nicht nur auf den Normalbetrieb, sondern auch (hier besonders wichtig) auf das Verhalten im Fehlerfall und in Notfallsi tuationen eingegangen werden.
