Dabei kommen auch sekundre Prozesse und Wertschpfungsketten, wie die Personalwirtschaft, auf den Prfstand, um der von den Mrkten geforderten Flexibilitt und dem Kostendruck gerecht zu werden. Analog zu den Primrprozessen stellt sich auch hier die Frage nach der optimalen Wertschpfungstiefe. Vor diesem Hintergrund kann das Outsourcing von personalwirtschaftlichen Leistungen auf externe Dienstleister ein strategisch und kostenpolitisch erfolgreicher Ansatz sein, um die Effektivitt und Effizienz der Personalarbeit zu steigern. Im Zuge der Internationalisierung und Globalisierung wird HROutsourcing (Human Resources) sowie die Konzentration auf das Kerngeschft fr Grounternehmen verstrkt zu einem Thema, dem sich mittelfristig auch kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) stellen mssen. Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich mit den spezifischen Fragestellungen fr den KMUBereich auseinander.
