Die meisten dieser Vernderungen erfolgen jedoch eher zufllig als geplant. Diesem eher zuflligen Wandel steht der sogenannte geplante Wandel" gegenber, dessen Ziel die Effizienzsteigerung des Unternehmens ist. Diese Effizienzsteigerung erreicht das Unternehmen durch Anpassungen i. S. von Organisationsmitglieder mssen lernen umzudenken" oder eingeschliffene Verhaltensmuster mssen berprft werden". Die Methode der Organisationsentwicklung stellt dabei eine Methode dar, mit welcher diese notwendigen Vernderungs und Anpassungsprozesse erfolgreich umgesetzt werden knnen. So wie die Entwicklung auf der Ebene der gesamten Organisation stattfindet, so kann die Entwicklung genauso gut auf kleinere Einheiten (z. B. Teams, einzelne Mitarbeiter) innerhalb der Organisation konzentriert werden. Manahmen der Teamentwicklung gehren seit Jahren zu den am hufigsten angewandten und populrsten Organisationsentwicklungsmanahmen. Die Entwicklung der Teams als kleinste organisatorische Einheit dient damit auch der Entwicklung der gesamten Organisation. Die Bedeutung erfolgreicher Team und Organisationsentwicklung und der von ihr beeinflussbaren (Mega) Erfolgsfaktoren zeigt Anlage 1 durch Ergebnisse der BerthStudie auf. Das Ziel dieser Hausarbeit ist es, einen Gesamtberblick ber die verschiedenen methodischen Anstze sowie den damit verbundenen Mglichkeiten, Grenzen und Gefahren zu geben.
