I just finished trying out a few recipes from Middle Eastern Feasts and wow, the flavors are incredible! I made the roasted eggplant dip, and it turned out so good. This book is a great mix of classic dishes and some modern twists. Can't wait to try the lamb tagine next!

Disappointed by the Quality of the Book
I was really looking forward to Middle Eastern Feasts, but the binding came apart after just a couple of uses. The recipes looked promising, but I think I got a defective copy. I might try to get a replacement, but I'm a bit hesitant now.

Nice Collection, but Lacking Some Depth
I like the variety in Middle Eastern Feasts, but I expected a bit more detail on the cooking techniques. The recipes are mostly straightforward, but I found the instructions for the baklava a little confusing. Still, it’s a fun read and worth having in my collection.
