Einleitung Organisationen sind heute ein zentrales, wenn nicht sogar das konstituierende Element moderner Gesellschaften. Charles Perrow ging bereits 1991 soweit zu behaupten, dass groe Organisationen die Gesellschaft absorbiert htten und als ihr Surrogat fungierten. Obwohl diese weitreichende These, die auf Lohnabhngigkeit, der Externalittenlogik und auf hierarchischer Brokratie basiert, kaum noch zeitgem und daher diskussionswrdig ist, kann doch jeder Einzelne leicht die herausragende gesellschaftliche Stellung von Organisationen nachvollziehen. Indem man sich berlegt, welchen und vor allem wie vielen Organisationen man selbst angehrt oder verbunden ist, wird deutlich, wie weitgehend der individuelle Alltag strukturiert bzw. 'organisiert' ist. Zu denken sei zum Beispiel an den jeweiligen Arbeitgeber oder die Gemeinde, an das Land und den Staat, in dem man lebt. In Betracht zu ziehen sind auch Parteien, Verbnde oder Sport und sonstige Vereine. Zu betonen ist weiterhin, dass man sich einer solchen 'Organisiertheit' kaum entziehen kann, da hufig Zwangs oder zumindest wenig selbst bestimmte Mitgliedschaften bestehen. Ein Beispiel dafr ist u.a. die Krankenversicherungspflicht. Alle beispielhaft aufgefhrten Systeme die Liste liee sich beliebig erweitern zeichnen sich durch spezifische Ziele, eine geregelte Arbeits bzw. Beitragsteilung und mehr oder weniger feste Grenzen aus. Ohne theoriegeleitenden Definitionen vorweggreifen zu wollen, lassen sie sich somit im allgemeinen Sinne als Organisationen begreifen (vgl.
