Dazu werden folgende Fragen im Rahmen der Arbeit errtert: 1. Ist Mediation aufgrund der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen mglich? 2. Ist Mediation mit der Fhrungsphilosophie der Bundeswehr vereinbar? 3. Wie kann Mediation innerhalb der Bundeswehr organisiert werden? Folgende Hypothesen lassen sich auf basis der vorliegenden Arbeit aufstellen. 1. Jede Beschwerde, Erzieherische Manahme oder Disziplinarmanahme ist Ausdruck eines eskalierten Konfliktes. 2. Intraorganisational werden Konflikte von oben nach unten durch die Anwendung legalisierter Machtmittel beendet (Machtstrategie). Untergebene whlen entweder den Beschwerdeweg (Machtstrategie), geben nach (Gefahr innerer Kndigung) oder ergreifen die Flucht (Versetzungsantrag/ Ausscheiden). 3. Das Konfliktverhalten widerspricht z.T. normativen Vorgaben. 4. Beschwerden sind teilweise die einzige Mglichkeit, interessengerechte Lsungen zu erzwingen. 5. Der vielfach geforderten Schlsselqualifikation soziale Kompetenz (Kommunikations und Konfliktverhalten) stehen nur wenige explizite Ausbildungsangebote gegenber. 6. Die normativen Rahmenbedingungen in der Bundeswehr ermglichen kooperative Konfliktlsungsformen. 7. Innerorganisationale Mediation ist mglich und stellt eine sinnvolle Ergnzung der Konfliktbehandlung dar. 8. Machtungleichgewichte spielen eine bedeutende Rolle bei Konflikten zwischen Vorgesetzen und Untergebenen und mssen deshalb besonders beachtet werden. 9. Bundeswehrinterne Mediationen sollten vorrangig von entsprechend qualifizierten Soldaten durchgefhrt werden. 10.
